5 Shared Resources

Jennifer Easton-Hutchinson
I use Google drive to keep my massive amount of documents organized. I keep folders for subjects as well as student names for kids needing a lot of accommodated material. I used the Google docs for collaboration to staff and then use Google docs with comments to communicate with students (my favorite is to be able to help 3 or 4 students at a time through the editing process of English papers while I'm in my special ed classroom and they are in the general ed classroom or study hall). In my general ed math class, the students liked using kahoot for quiz or test review but did feel that my slower processing kids would often give up participating when feeling defeated. Creativity is usually group projects that the students get a choice of Google slides or Prezi for presentations but almost always use google slides. Again, it is nice to have kids collaborating on the slides and myself helping with editing while we might not all be in the same room (those high school schedules).
