Communities on Google+/Debbie M Clarkson

Debbie M Clarkson
As I have been going through this journey of social media I believe that Google+ has been the hardest to understand and wrap my head around it. I joined of thought I did AEAonline, and yet to find it.  I did create a school assignment community and have not figured out how to ask others to join.  I think I may be a slow learner?

I agree. Google+ is by far the least intuitive to use. On most of the other platforms, I could figure out pretty quickly how to accomplish the assignments. For Google+, I had to google articles on how to add people to circles and other things. Maybe they make it confusing so you have to use google :)

Hang in there!  I too found Google + hard to navigate.  I now have a community for my class with no members, and I don't think I will be given permission to use it.  My personal account is getting interesting tho.  I also enrolled in the "Google 101" class through AEA and learned a host of helpful ways that I can use Google Docs in my 4th grade classroom.  Maybe you would benefit from that class.
