Every student in our school is issued a gmail account with our school name as part of the address (@jdragonmail.us). This has become a valuable resource for everyone because it is very easy for me to contact students and for them to contact me. Students frequently email assignments to me and contact me when they are absent to find out what they missed. I've created a separate group for each class which makes it easy and quick for me to send out 1 message to everyone in a certain period.
