Creative Thinking Website

Amanda Lessman
Fostering creative thinking in students is such a hard skill for teachers to foster.  I found this website to be wonderful in putting the process in the hands of the students.  Scratch is divided into student and educator sections.  I plan to use this Animate your Name and Virtual Pet activities under the Tools to Try on the Educator explore page.  I think that students would be able to think outside the box and personalize their projects.
What cool tools are available when you dig in to the web!

High school students can be a little jaded when it comes to research.  I have found Animoto to be one where students can team to work on presenting a career of interest. They have fun with it and their imaginations are the limit.
