I could make use of Little Bird Tales with my lower elementary students. I envision conducting mini-research projects with students in the library, and then they can work in groups to create a short presentation of what they learned about their topic. We could upload their own artwork about their topic into Little Bird Tales, and the students can narrate a script (facts they learned and an opinion statement) into the presentation.
The program seems very user friendly, and I have heard good things about it from other librarians. I know it is on the school's Ipads, I just have not used it before.
