DC Digital Literacy: Share Resource

Sara Ronan
The sites that I felt I could use in each section are:
Communication- I would use Little Bird Tales to let students create their own stories.  This would help them by writing the story and then sharing it with their classmates.  It would help them to communicate with others by sharing their ideas.

Collaboration-I would use Skype and interact with other classrooms in other states and countries to learn about their cultures and compare the similarities and differences.  It would give students the opportunity to see other people from different areas.

Creativity- I would use Scratch to teach students about coding and help them to take their creative side and make it interactive.

Critical Thinking- I would use Kahoot and have students make up their own questions from different topics.  This would help with researching topics and also have students explore different areas that the other students researched.

Organization- The students would take pictures of things that we have done for the year and we would organize them on Picasa to share and enjoy.  Each student would do a class project and take photos and organize and share them.
