DC Digital Literacy: Share Resource

Jill Dopheide
I haven't tried very many of the apps listed.  I've heard great things about Google Drive and Symbaloo for keeping the classroom organized.  The middle school teachers in my building use all sides of google drive, they love it.  A couple primary teachers love having symbaloo on the iPads to organize the apps and sites they want their students viewing.  I saw some cool things done with Kahoot at a workshop but haven't created any games yet.  I coordinate the after school program as well and think I'll have the kids work with Story Birds and Toondoo, I think they will enjoy creating comics and books with these apps.
