DC Digital Literacy

Alan Schweinfurth
Communication: Remind- Used to communicate with parents. A great way to keep an open line of communication without giving out personal phone numbers.

Collaboration: Google Drive- This is a tool that lets people collaborate on the same documents, sheets and slides. This is a great tool for students and teaches.

Creativity: Voki- Students and teachers are able to create Voki's to share with the class. They are a fun way to turn text into a speech from multiple characters to "real-life" individuals.

Critical Thinking: Mindmap42- This website is a cool tool for students to use when completing projects. They can create word maps that connect events, story plots, etc.

Organization: Pinterest- This is a great tool to use as both teacher and student. Their are many resources available and new things always being added. The user can create boards to organize ideas for various projects.

I agree on Google Drive.  It makes it very easy to share information and slides with co workers and students.
