DC Internet Safety

Valerie Flanagan
The user can control a lot of what is seen and by whom, although it takes an initial amount of time dedicated to understanding and using, but quickly can become applied, and updated. Location, passwords, audience for each photo, post, timeline, and more are all able to be set with limits. This includes who can tag you in a photo, along with the associated parameters each user sets in whether they must request permission first in order to tag, which is important, as tags become public to users. Privacy Check up is a benefit to keep updating privacy settings as well.
