DC Intro: Norms and Responsibilities

I feel like students should be able to "surf" the web safely without the threat of click bait or advertisements sucking them in.  They shouldn't have to have enticing ads pop up wanting them to spend money. The user on the other hand should be upfront and honest about their age and interests.
