DC Intro: Norms and Responsibilities

I feel the user rights that should be part of the norms in the digital world are to be SAFE, the right to express their believes(freedom of speech) and have their private information stay private. I feel the responsibilities of a digital user should be to be respectful, use the digital world appropriately and be kind. Users need to stop and think before they do things. Think about the digital footprint they are leaving.
