DC rights/responsibilities

DC responsibilities need to involve etiquette and safety of others. A person should provide the same etiquette they would if the individually were standing in the same room.  Students often would not say the same things they would type simply because the person(s) are present.  

Safety is more of the concern.  I am constantly reminding my own kids to put their phone away when they are driving.  It's still shocks me (although it shouldn't) the number of drivers who are looking down while driving. Safety also involves making sure your kids/students understand who they may or may not be talking to.
