Digital Citizenship--Share Resource

Ginger Chatfield
Wow!  So many resources.  From the way these slides were set up, it appears that internet resources can be categorized in 5 different areas (some apps overlap areas).
1.  Communication
2.  Collaboration
3.  Creativity
4.  Critical Thinking
5.  Organization

We are already using some of the applications at our district, Symbaloo, Evernote, Edmondo and Google Hangouts are just a few that I recognize.  I have never used Edmondo or Google Hangouts, But I know teachers that use it.  The Symbaloo is used quite a bit here at my school.  I use it for access to documents that are frequently used.  Evernote was introduced to me this summer, I set up an account but I haven't had the need to use it yet.

I did see an app that caught my attention, "Sort My Box", That I am going to try to use, it requires some set up and thinking ahead, but sounds like it would work great for my office.  The set up would would determine where messages are sent (which folder) and which are priority, and what needs a response.

I like being able to check out some of these apps and hopefully I will be able to use them in the future.
