Digital Citizenship- online safety

Megan Tucker
I explored the privacy settings on Facebook and noticed that they are not as easy to navigate as they used to be. In order to make photos private- not be seen by people other than friends- you would have to individually mark each photo instead of entire albums. This makes it very time consuming to change and likely will steer people away from this privacy procedure.

I thought Facebook and all other social medias were "user friendly?" If this is what they are promoting then it should be.  If we want our youth to have a safer world to live in, then why don't we make it safer now? If Facebook would take into consideration and listen to the feedback of its users, then we could be allowed to make more thoughtful and safer decisions. Decisions, which would have a ripple effect on our youth in the future.
