Digital Literacy -- Resources

Kathleen Hovick
Resources that I have used in teaching and coaching include Google Drive, Remind 101, Prezi, and Kahoot.

Prezi -- allowed students an alternate presentation application to Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Kahoot -- was a great tool for checking student understanding or to review for tests/quizzes.
Remind 101 -- is extremely useful for sharing classroom or coaching information to students and parents.

Google Drive -- I have been able to share videos with players on plays our team runs.  The school has been able to share relevant information such as parent contacts and physical information that is needed for my employment.

I have heard kids talk about Prezi.  It is something I think I would like to know more about.
My coworkers use Remind and seem to love it.  I have not used it yet.  I could use it to remind my players about games, pictures,  and practices. It might be something I look into. Kelly Kerres
