Some resources I like for each section...
Communication- students have mentioned they like Prezi for class presentations and I think Voki is a great resource for ESL classes. I think Remind would be helpful for messaging parents as well as students.
Collaboration- Google Drive is a favorite of mine so far, great for working on class projects with groups of people Prezi again for presentations with multiple people.
Creativity- I personally love adobe photoshop express for editing photos. I looked through Storybird, this would be fun for getting more creative in writing assignments
Critical Thinking- Mindmap fun way to organize learning in graphs
Organization- I would say google drive for most things Pinterest is for all your fun stuff
