Digital Literacy: Share Resource

Matt Sinnott
Communication: Twitter; I recently setup an account where parents and students can find out what PE skills that we have been working on or re-twitting health information that might be interesting to know.

Collaboration and Organizers: Google Drive; In the school district that I work in, Google Drive is used a lot. It has been a great tool to use to collaborate with other PE teachers across the district; especially when it come to organizing a schedule for PE equipment that is shared between all elementary schools, like bowling and tennis.

Creativity: PowToon; This might just became my new favorite tool. I have been trying to find way to add some "awesomeness" to my warm-ups to daily routine and I think that this may work; plus it helps integrate technology into PE.

Critical Thinking: Kahoot; I have used this tool before at conferences or building meetings and I like it. I would like to be able to find a way to use it in my PE class.

I have seen the Kahoot app before but haven't yet tried to use it in my classroom. I am also looking to try to set up a Twitter account for my classes because almost all of my students are using Twitter. Seems like the likely choice to grab their attention when I want to remind them of something for class.
