Digital Literacy and Citizenship Resources

Jane Trotter
I have found the work and presentations of Jeff Utecht to very helpful particularly in the area of digital literacy.  "Teaching Students How to Read a Search Result Page" is a pdf with live/current links in it for teaching internet search skills to students of all ages.  This pdf may be accessed at: http://www.jeffutecht.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Teaching-Search.pdf

Also, in regard to Digital Citizenship and Literacy, https://www.commonsense.org/education/ is an outstanding resource for videos, lesson ideas, and a scope and sequence that can assist any district trying to establish a digital citizenship program articulated across grades.
