Digital Resource: Critical Thinking

Mary H.
Kahoot is a great resource for collaboration and group participation. There are so many kahoots already created for us to use- just search one and you are all set! Kids love this kind of "game" theory of learning.

Kahoot is a great tool to use with students in the classroom! I even am part of a group outside of school (several of us are teachers) that used it for something for our own personal quiz over something we were learning about together. FUN! =)

I love Kahoot as well.  It works great for quick FA in Geometry and Algebra.  The fact that you can search for others and not always come up with your own is just icing on the cake.

Heidi nicholson I had never heard of this before and was surprised by how much liked it. It's a really fun way to "learn while feeling like you're playing a game" which I think students not only enjoy but also can sometimes learned more from.

As a substitute, I looked at Kahoot to see if it was something I might be able to share with the students if we had some time to fill. It looks like a fun website, that would be good to use with elementary students, and it involves using games, which most students enjoy as a way to learn.

I use Kahoot from time to time in the classroom as well.  The kids really like it (I think just because they like to use their phones).  It is a good check-in tool with the kids to see where they are at in the class.  So that makes it a nice quick tool for me as well.
