With rights come responsibilities. Students need to be taught to use technology ethically. They need to realize that their digital footprint follows them throughout their life and can impact their futures. Students need to know that they will be held responsible for the things they post and share.They need to understand the importance of keeping their personal information secure, treating others with respect and dignity online, and to critically evaluate the things they see and hear.
