Digital Rights and Responsibilities

People have the right to share and talk on line but maybe the picture has someone else in it that does not want to be on line then what?  That is where we need to have responsibility to ask permission form others is ok to share.  As we talk online need to be respectful to others.  We need to teach the students how and who is effected by what they do on the internet.  How there is a trail and everything they do and say and post can be found by others. As long as people understand their rights and responsibilities in using digit devices it is fine.  Maybe need to be required to take a test before access the internet like a drivers license test.
