Digital Rights and Responsibilities

During this difficult time in our world, I see more and more of our digital rights taken away from us.  POsts on personal social networking pages are getting the person in trouble with the law or getting fired from jobs.  These are just posts of personal opinion most of the time.  I don't feel that places of employment have the right to fire or reprimand an employee for this.
