Digitial Literacy: Share Resource

Allison Hicks-McCarville
I have implemented Kahoot! on a consistent basis in my classroom this year.  There are many students who look forward to testing their vocabulary knowledge before a quiz or a test using Kahoot!.  I have seen students make notes over words that they have missed during the game so that they know to focus on those words when they are studying.

I have also used Padlet as a formative assessment resource.  This allows students to be interactive with their classmates, but it also allows the teacher to assess student learning.  The Padlet is in real-time, so students get to watch information be posted, while the editing feature does allow them to make changes if necessary.
