I am the admin for all of our Facebook pages in the school district. It took a while to get them all organized but we have a user that we created using a district email account that is not tied directly to anyone, set up as an admin on all the pages. That way if a building secretary or principal leave we do not lose control of the page. Very important if you have multiple pages that you have a variety of people involved in that may change over time.
One thing I wish Facebook would add is the ability to turn off comments.
