Factitious

I really like the idea behind factitious. I teach all of the writing for 5th grade in my building. Currently we are focusing on argumentative writing and students have been working on finding reliable websites to gather evidence to support their claims. I like that students have to read through the articles and decide whether they should be trusted or not. Furthermore, I like that the site gives immediate feedback and explanation about the options. This would be a great resource for students to use to practice and hone their skills. These articles can also lend themselves to some great classroom discussions.
