Family and Consumer Science

I teach Financial Literacy, as I am an FCS teacher, but I also incorporate financial literacy into other areas of my curriculum.  In Cooking and Nutrition, students compare the costs of convenience vs. box mix vs. homemade of a particular food item, as well as nutrient value, time and effort needed to prepare, and taste/quality.
