Financial Literacy in H.S. Special Education

After completing this course on Financial literacy.  I see how I can use this program with my special education students and their parents.  Most of the students that are on my caseload are not 4-year college bound students, so using this program to prepare them for life outside of school and living independently will be useful.  Teaching students the value of saving money and planning out their financial needs; short term, but more importantly long term.  Using this tool may spark some of my students to develop a work ethic to stay longer at their jobs other than their first paychecks
For those students who are college bound, having the section on the FAFSA and grants and loans will be helpful.
