I teach MS 7th and 8th grade Language Arts. I plan to use this program in many ways. I looked at the website
http://financeintheclassroom.org/ to see their offerings. I like the many opportunities to write about a career or talk to people outside the classroom. My students need practice finding good information and learning about something that they think they might have an interest in after High School. They don't get many opportunities to explore this part of the next phase in their lives. I also looked into the opportunities listed on that website for writing prompts for bell ringers. I am always looking for ways to engage students at the beginning of class in something that they might have an interest in exploring further. I recently joined Banzai...an online program that is free for educators to expand student knowledge of finances and financial literacy.
