I am currently a high school business teacher at Rabiner Academy. Several years ago we started a bakery that is run by the business students. One of the major goals of the class is to teach students how to make financial decisions. The bakery give students real world experience with budgeting and making cost analysis of the products they produce.
While going through the financial literacy course, I was surprised to learn that companies are providing financial literacy programs for their employees. I believe we could incorporate a financial literacy program for our employees/students.
