I am a special education teacher for 18-21 year old students, so financial literacy is a component of many of my students' IEPs. Unfortunately, I currently do not have official text books or curriculum materials for this subject, so I am constantly pulling materials from a variety of online resources. While I like researching the most updated materials on this subject, I often feel like i have a clear and logical plan for what order to teach this information. I am hoping this course will help me develop this plan and provide effective resources for teaching. I am already impressed with the links provided in this first module.
