I have been using Gmail for several years and have been totally frustrated due to the lack of resources in our local school system other than simply sending an email. The information provided to date just in the settings has been helpful.
Two years ago, I set up a group account by blind luck and had no Idea how I did it and how to modify it. Tonight, I set up two different contact groups and modified a 3rd group :) This will allow me the opportunity to quickly send messages to the students in the group rather than type in each address one at a time.
I like the idea of sharing my personal calendar to my work gmail calendar. One quick glance allows me to check with conflicts.
Labels- again I set them up not knowing what I was doing. I have a much clearer picture now.
