I can see where setting up email groups is more efficient than selecting each recipient, especially for frequently used groups. It will also ensure that someone isn't forgotten and accidently left off from an email message. Labels can organize emails for quick retrieval. I am currenlty working with different groups of teachers and will be making email groups to efficiently contact those groups. My husband is a coach and I will show him how to make groups and use folders and labels.
