I have been using Gmail for a while, but had no idea some of the different ways to sort the emails into groups, filter them automatically, or do an auto send. I think this will be super effective in communicating with my older students and my parents to get information about upcoming events out there quickly and easily without forgetting anyone.
I could also see this as something that needs taught in the classroom to JH and High school kids. We live in a society where most businesses use email as a form of communication on a daily basis. They need to learn the best way to organize and sort their mail quickly and efficiently, so they don't miss an important communication piece.
