We use it in out MS Exploratory Classes. I have each student create a contact group for the students in their section. They also create a label and we use that to show how to organize their emails from our admins and teachers as well as other students in their class.
When we do projects, they use the contact part to share to their class instead of having to type in each student. We are working on having them create an entire grade level contact group.
As for the other items, a project was to have them personalize their Google account. The undo button is an awesome one that I have been using forever and glad that it is no longer a lab.
