I have organized my parent email into a label for each child in my class. When I receive an email from a parent, I will put it under their child and keep it for a year. I also have labels for different people in my district, for example, all emails from my principal go in his folder, the Superintendent, Specials teachers. This is also an easy way for me to filter them out and easy to get to.
