I can see using the reminder features to send notices to committees about meeting times, work groups, discussion topics, and school visits.
It would be helpful in large meetings to remind the group of the agenda and to keep note of spiraling topics for future agendas.
In order to avoid derailing the conversation/ discussion at meetings, I would use the feature to point out links to exhibits.
