Gmail in classroom

I have been using gmail for quite some time now. One thing I had not taken advantage of was the Google Hangouts. With Covid shutting down our school recently, I had to learn to use this feature and it has been quite useful. I will probably continue to find ways to use Hangouts in the future.

One feature specific to gmail that I will use more in the future is group contacts. I knew this was available but have not used it in the past. I can see it saving a lot of time by having groups of students as well as parents that I frequently contact.
