I had a heyday creating labels and moving emails into archive! SO nice to get the mailbox cleaned up. SO glad I am taking this class and learned how to do this!
I often send emails to the same small groups of teachers. I knew there was a way to make groups, but had never taken the time to figure out how. Because of that, it would take me several minutes to remind myself the teachers I needed for a certain group and then add each teacher to the email. Now, the group is there and the email is sent in a fraction of the time!
I also now have a signature. That is another thing I wanted but never took the time to figure out.
Lastly, I am looking forward to delving into how to email in different languages. The parents of my students speak several different languages, and this will be a great gesture and very useful!
