Gmail in the Classroom/Library

Tracie Morris
I can use Gmail to communicate to students new book arrivals in the library, when their holds are ready for pickup and if they have any overdue material. This would replace the need for paper slips. I could use the group feature and set up a grade level (6th, 7th, 8th) so I could communicate to all grade level students.

This is also a great way to communicate with classroom teachers and students on the upcoming happenings in the library.
