Teaching middle school science I can use gmail to not only remind students of upcoming assignments, tests to study for, and project deadlines, but remind their parents a as well.
The label feature is an advantage in organizing and following up in communicating with partucular student issues and concerns. As does the archive feature.
I am looking to incorporating the translate feature, which I think is a great advantage in drawing in parents who don't currently understand English well and often seem to be isolated from their childs education.
