Gmail in the Classroom

As a substitute teacher it would be very beneficial for me to use Gmail in the classroom.  I would be able to effectively communicate with the teachers I am substituting for.  I would be able to label messages from different teachers or classes to make them easier to locate.  I could create groups of students for the different classes that I substitute for often to make communication easier and more effective.
