Gmail in the Classroom

My current "classroom" is working for Land O' Lakes in an Agricultural field in Western Iowa.  For me and my background in education, I have learned many new features about utilizing Gmail in a more productive way.  Whether I am communicating with my current peers and colleagues or my future students, I see the tasks, hangouts and labels features really benefited my environment.  Having the ability to have open communication on tasks especially helps our team become more effective and efficient for our customers.  Labels allows me to continue to organize my email threads in a way that I am able to respond and look back at what we have accomplished with customers.  Hangouts continue to build the communication route we have going for different projects and tasks that our teammates can build on.
