I think using Gmail can be very beneficial. I think it helps to stay organized for meetings and sending out meeting notices. There are many times when it helps to organize and I might not be at home especially with our current times. It allows us to keep meetings in a different format and check schedules to see who might or might not be available at certain times. I also think it helps to organize my folders and keep emails from parents organized to keep communication ongoing.
