Gmail in the Classroom

Margaret Junkman
Using Gmail I can efficiently and effectively correspond with the parents of my preschool students, colleagues, and others.  I have set up two labels:  "Morning Class" and "Afternoon Class" so I might organize and archive correspondence from parents for later reference.  I was able to filter and archive emails from my principal, AEA representatives, and past parents.  In addition, using the new emails addresses I am beginning to receive (for my new students), I entered the contact information and set up two groups again.  The hangout feature will be a nice replacement for ZOOM when meeting with the members of my team over the summer.
