Gmail in the Classroom

I use Gmail in the classroom to send out documents to students or reminders about upcoming events, especially in FFA. I have contact lists for each of my classes and for my FFA chapter so I can quickly send things out to them. I use Gmail to contact parents in a timely fashion. I especially like to use read receipts with students so I can be for sure they are getting messages and when they are reading them.
