Gmail in the classroom and other

Gmail can be used both in and out of the classroom.  Creating a contacts list would be helpful for both a classroom set of parents and/or another type of group that is one needing consistent communication.  The labels feature is a great way to organize emails in-coming and to keep track of sent emails.  The canned responses feature is a great way to keep responses to emails consistent.  Gmail has a lot of possibilities for organization and I think to effectively communicate to students, parents and other you have to be organized.
