Gmail in the classroom

I honestly did not realize how many options Gmail offered!  I really like all of the organizational "tools" this offers.  I like the idea of putting certain teachers into groups, instead of having to search for each person.  This year I think I am going to use Gmail with my students.  My sister is a teacher in Florida and it would be great to have her class as pen pals.  This not only helps improve writing, but will allow the students to become familiar with using a computer and keyboard.
