Gmail in the classroom

Some ways that I might use Gmail in the classroom are by emailing parents and/or students about reminders regarding class, sending out the syllabus for the class, hangouts between teacher and student(s) or student to student, and sending out a weekly list of activities that will be done in class.  If we now need to go to online learning due to the coronavirus shutdown, Gmail would be used quite a bit.
