Gmail in the classroom

Gmail in the classroom is an extremely useful tool. I have created a group for each of my classes and will use that as a way to communicate assignments or other important information to each class. I have also created labels to organize student responses separate from other professional emails so the inbox doesn't get overloaded.
Gmail is a useful tool for students communicate with each other as well. I use project-based learning often in my room and when students collaborate, this is an effective tool for them to use outside of the classroom setting.
