Gmail in the classroom

Bev Owen
I currently teach students with learning and behavioral issues. My students do not have emil accounts nor do they have Chrome Books, so I would not use gmail as a communication tool with them. I would love to be able to send more information to parents using the group tool, but because of privacy issues, I do not think I am able to send out group emails to parents. The best tools for me are the labels and filters that allow me to try to keep emails more organized and accessible. I would also like to learn to utilize the task feature for to do lists and such. I am excited to begin learning how to become more efficient by using Gmail and Google docs in the coming year.
